Your parcel will be sent second class using Royal Mail or by My Hermes and will not require a signature. If you would like us to enclose a gift card, please add to the comments when ordering.
Postage and packing charges are £3.95 on all orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com and give a reason for your exchange or return.
Package up the unopened, unworn and unused item(s) and send it back to the address that we give you. We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges.
Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 14 days.
All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it. This time limit does not apply to faulty products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items save in the case of faulty products. Your item must be unopened, unworn and unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you would like a refund, we will credit the original credit/debit card for the amount paid for the goods.
If goods you have ordered from us do not arrive and you have received our despatch email please let us know so we can track the lost parcel and arrange a replacement. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in the returns process. We will not issue a return or exchange in respect of goods that are not returned to us, save for those that were faulty on delivery.
